2026 Water Leak Detection Program — Hetek Solutions
Hetek Solutions will be conducting NRRM’s 2026 Water Leak Detection program beginning Monday, August 10. Using specialized acoustic equipment, Hetek staff will listen to the water distribution system to identify potential leaks. Work is expected to take approximately 3–4 weeks and will take place in: Rural Water West, Rural Water South, the Airport, and locations within Town Proper including 52 Street, 51 Street, 50 Street, 49th Street, Airport Drive, 50 Ave N, 50 Ave S, 49 Ave, 48th Ave and Nahanni Drive.
Work hours: To ensure quiet conditions for detection, the majority of surveys will be conducted during evening and overnight hours (7:00 pm – 2:00 am).
