Pursuant to section 98 of the Local Government Act (LGA) [section 48 of the Vancouver Charter (VC)], I, Stacey Aspden, Chief Election Officer for the Northern Rockies Regional Municipality, hereby declare that the following candidate has been elected by acclamation:
