Notice of Temporary Use Permit Application TUP-2601 (Temporary Construction Office and Storage)
The Northern Rockies Regional Municipality (NRRM) has submitted Temporary Use Permit (TUP-2601) application for the property at 5304 48th Ave, legally described as Lot 2, District Lot 1587, Peace River District, Plan PGP18830.
The application proposes the temporary placement of a construction office trailer and an equipment storage trailer on the property located at 5304 48th Ave to support electrical upgrades and renovations at Town Hall, located at 5319 50th Ave S. The temporary structure will be removed once the construction project is complete.
The Regional Council will consider the Temporary Use Permit application at its Regular Council Meeting at 6:30 PM on Monday, August 10, 2026. Any person who believes their interests may be affected by the proposed Temporary Use Permit is invited to make representation to Council by attending the meeting in person, participating virtually, or by submitting written comments in advance of the meeting.
The Temporary Use Permit application and related materials may be inspected at the Northern Rockies Regional Municipality Municipal Office, 5319 50th Avenue South, Fort Nelson, BC, between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, up to and including August 10, 2026.
