We're taking steps to manage the risk of wildfire to the community. In November and December, surface fuels such as branches and limbs will be removed from the perimeter of the Community Trail in areas adjacent to Airport Drive. Falling, thinning and limbing of trees to reduce the risk of wildfire will also be happening in an area north of Lagoon Road.
The affected areas are highlighted in black on the map. For your safety, please keep your distance if you see people working in these areas falling trees or clearing surface fuels.
