NORTHERN ROCKIES REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY (NRRM) 
NOTICE OF LEASE AND PROVISION OF ASSISTANCE

In accordance with sections 24 and 26 of the Community Charter, the NRRM gives notice of its intention to dispose of assets by leasing land and improvements, at amounts less than market value for the properties located at:

5208 Simpson Trail, Fort Nelson and legally described as PID: 012-771-619 and 012-771-635, to Drs. Ioana Lupu and Francois Hattingh for a term of 12 months, for monthly rent of $600.00 for the purposes of the Northern Rockies Recruitment, Retention, Education and Training Program.
