Participate in the NRRM Canada Day Newscast!

The Northern Rockies Regional Municipality recognizes that Canada Day is fast approaching! This year, we want to celebrate Canada Day while remaining physically distanced. We plan to highlight our strong and diverse community through a video we will share on our website and Facebook page on July 1st.

The Northern Rockies Regional Municipality recognizes that Canada Day is fast approaching!  This year, we want to celebrate Canada Day while remaining physically distanced.

We plan to highlight our strong and diverse community through a video we will share on our website and Facebook page on July 1^st.  Our video will showcase community members, non-profit organizations, and local businesses in Fort Nelson and across the Northern Rockies Regional Municipality.  To participate in this video, please send us a video clip (up to thirty seconds long) that explains what the NRRM means to you or send us photos we can add to our video.  Tell us what you value most about your community.  You can include your business or organization in the background if you choose.  Maybe you want to send us photos from past Canada Day celebrations or photos of you from our region.  We will do our best to include all submissions.

In addition, we invite community members, organizations, and businesses to decorate their homes and buildings in the spirit of Canada Day!  Send photos of your decorations to our Facebook page for a chance to win a prize July 1^st.
