Evacuation Alert Cancelled - Summit Lake Wildfire - Tetsa River

 

The Evacuation Alert issued by the Northern Rockies Regional Municipality at their Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) on June 19, 2025, for the area described below has been cancelled (rescinded).

  • Along the Alaska Highway corridor from Summit Lake Campground within Stone Mountain Provincial Park (KM 597.6 Alaska Highway); from the NW point (58.7002301°N -124.6629235°W) to the SW point of (58.6379116°N -124.6615072°W) 
  • To the Steamboat Mountain Brake Check (KM 537.9 Alaska Highway); at the NE point (58.7007022°N -123.7588335°W) to the SE point (58.6454654°N -123.7583614°W)
