Lifeguard Instructor Level II/III (Full-time Permanent)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Lifeguard Instructor Level ll/lll to help ensure the safety and enjoyment of our swimmers. Qualifications

Qualifications include high school graduation, with two to four years of pool/aquatic related experience. Advanced
Instructor and Aquafit certification would be an asset. Those who may not meet the minimum requirements are still
encouraged to apply. 

Applicants must possess and maintain the following certifications:

  • National Lifeguard Pool & AMOA
  • Standard First Aid & CPR-C/AED
  • Swim for Life Instructor
  • Lifesaving Instructor
  • Pool Operations Level 1 & 2
Status/Hours/Shifts

Full-time; Permanent; 40 hours per week; shift work (early morning, evenings, and weekends will be required).

Rate

Lifeguard/Instructor: $33.23 – $36.36 per hour as per the collective agreement. A 90% probationary rate may be applicable depending on the applicant’s current status.
