NORTHERN ROCKIES REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY (NRRM) 
NOTICE OF LEASE AND PROVISION OF ASSISTANCE

In accordance with sections 24 and 26 of the Community Charter, the NRRM gives notice of its intention to dispose of assets by leasing land and improvements, at amounts less than market value for the properties located at:

4607A 52 Ave East, Fort Nelson and legally described as PID: 028-724-160, Lot 5 Plan EPP12883, DL 1535, Peace River District to Dr. Dlear Toma for a term of three years, for monthly rent of $10.00 in the first year of medical practice, $10.00 plus utilities in the second year of medical practice and 50% of the market value rent plus utilities in the third year of medical practice, as described within the Northern Rockies Recruitment, Retention, Education and Training Incentive Program.
