As the Canada Post strike may affect mail delivery, please review the following to ensure your payments and communications reach us on time:

  • Cheques in the Mail
    If you send cheques or receive bills by mail, delays may occur. Please call 250.774.2541 option 4 to confirm your account balance or explore alternative payment options.

  • Holiday Closures
    Our office will be closed from midday Christmas Eve, reopening on Thursday, January 2. Plan ahead for payments relying on mail services, especially cheques, to avoid delays.

  • Bank Payments
    Allow extra time for bank payments to process and reach us during this period.

  • Need Assistance?
