Snow Removal Reminders 2022

Our snow crews require your your help to keep our roads clear.  The majority of our snow removal activities take place within standard operating hours, which are Monday to Friday from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. Our procedures do allow for snow removal services after hours and on weekends In the event of a heavy or lengthy snowfall.

We understand that sometimes windrows left on your driveway by our plow trucks or sidewalk machine - unfortunately our crews usually do not have time to remove these.

NorthEast Management is presenting the Fort Nelson Parade of Lights 2022. Please join us on Sunday, December 4th, 2022, at 5:30PM to experience a dazzling parade of lights move through downtown Fort Nelson on 50th Avenue North from The Pub to the Northern Rockies Regional Recreation Centre, where all are welcome to join the return of the annual community Christmas Tree Light-Up beginning at 6:00PM!

On Sunday, December 4, 2022 between the hours of 5:30 pm and 6:00 pm, a portion of 50 Avenue North between The Pub location and the Northern Rockies Regional Recreation Centre will be closed to vehicle traffic to allow for the Fort Nelson Parade of Lights sponsored by NorthEast Management.

Traffic control volunteer staff will be on hand to travel with the Parade of Lights, closing intersections and reopening them as the display progresses along the route. Please obey traffic control personnel...
