The Northern Rockies Regional Municipality (NRRM) is seeking proposals for the development of an Airport Business Plan (ABP) for a financially sustainable airport operation, including potential infrastructure changes, that meets the level of service required by airport stakeholders and in accordance with the Canadian Aviation Regulations.

On Wednesday, May 13, 2020 beginning at 7:00AM, traffic will be reduced to single-lane alternating on the Old Alaska Highway, to allow for the replacement of a culvert 100 metres east of Walsh Road.

Public Notice: Regional Parks, BC's Restart Plan

In time for the Victoria Day weekend, Council has opted to reopen the NRRM’s two regional parks at Tetsa River and Andy Bailey for camping beginning May 14, 2020. In order to maintain distancing and other guidelines, all camping will be by RESERVATION ONLY and restricted to NRRM residents.
