Amended Penalty Dates Under COVID-19 (2020 Only)

The Northern Rockies Regional Municipality (NRRM) Tax Due Date is July 2, 2020.
Note: Penalty will be applied based on the Assessment Class of the property.

For Classes 1, 20 and 9: Due date is July 2, 2020, with the penalty date of July 3, 2020.
For Classes 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8: Due date is July 2, 2020, and payments must be received on or before September 30, 2020.  Penalty will be applied on October 1, 2020.

Property Tax Notices, Municipal Office Reopens June 1

The municipal office is scheduled to reopen on Monday, June 1, 2020 with regular hours from 8:30am to 4:30pm. The first hour of each day (8:30am-9:30am) will be limited to patrons that are over 55 or immunocompromised. Staff are currently printing municipal property tax notices and these will be mailed as soon as possible.
