Public Notice: Council Meeting Cancellation

We hereby give notice that, until further notice, the Regular Regional Council Meetings have been cancelled as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. Instead, Regional Council will be conducting its business at noon meetings every Tuesday and Friday (with some variation due to holidays) as required.
Recordings of special meetings will be made available on the NRRM’s YouTube channel.

As per section 208 of the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that Parcel Tax (Frontage) Rolls are now available for inspection on the NRRM website, by email or at the NRRM offices located at 5319 50th Avenue South, Fort Nelson BC, by appointment only (8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday), from April 2, 2020 to April 16, 2020.

All playgrounds and parks have been closed, given the inability to sanitize the surfaces involved. Signs are posted and caution tape applied to equipment, parents should ensure that children are not using playgrounds.
It's still important to stay active, take a walk, ski in the community forest, but practice physical distancing at all times. We appreciate everyone working together to keep our communities safe during this difficult time.
