Ittsi Creek and Maxhamish Lake Area

June 28, 2023 @ 900 hrs

Pursuant to Section 12 (1) of the Emergency Program Act an Evacuation ORDER has been issued by the Northern Rockies Regional Municipality due to immediate danger to life safety caused by a wildfire in the Ittsi Creek and Maxhamish Lake area, west/south-west of Maxhamish Lake.

The Evacuation ORDER area is shown in the attached map (in RED) and is bounded by:

Pursuant to Section 14 (2)(ii) of the Emergency Program Act and pursuant to Section 12(2) of the Emergency Program Act , the State of Local Emergency and Evacuation ORDER have been rescinded by the Northern Rockies Regional Municipality.

Please be advised that an Evacuation Alert remains in effect for the area, as shown in the above map for the impacted area.
