Tell Us about Your Internet Experience in the Northern Rockies

The Northern Rockies Regional Municipality (NRRM) would like your input about internet service, as part of the development of a Regional Connectivity Strategy. This strategy will create a road map to improve internet speed and reliability in the region, which in turn will help the NRRM progress toward strategic goals to strengthen and diversify the local economy and remain committed to a high quality of life for its residents.

Residents, business-owners, and non-profit organizations are encouraged to fill out a short survey to gather feedback, opinions, experiences and ideas for improvement. There are two surveys available, one directed at residents and the other one directed at businesses/non-profits, participants may fill out both surveys if applicable. Encourage your family, friends, and co-workers to participate - the more responses received the better

The surveys take approximately 10 minutes to complete and it will help to have a recent internet bill handy while taking the survey. Participants may also take an optional internet speed test and share the results in the survey at The surveys will be available until mid-February. Participants can complete the survey online at,or pick up a survey at the municipal office located at 5319 50 Avenue S.
