Don't Miss Out!

Don't Miss Out!

For IMMEDIATE Release

Don't miss out on your opportunity to sponsor the 2011 BC Oil & Gas Conference! The annual event, which alternates between Fort Nelson, Dawson Creek and Fort St John, is being held September 7th through 9th in Fort Nelson with the theme “Communities Leading Change”.

According to Event Coordinator, Judy Kucharuk, “I am getting least 5 calls or emails per day inquiring about sponsorship opportunities”. Kucharuk went on to explain, “I know that some may be disappointed that they didn't act quickly.”

The sponsorship packages have been designed to allow for companies both large and small to participate with plenty of return on investment. “We are encouraging companies to partner on sponsorship opportunities. For example, $1500 + $1500 equals a breakfast sponsorship and both companies will be recognized”.

A unique opportunity given to some sponsors is “naming rights”. For example, the post banquet dessert buffet is still available for sponsorship and the lucky sponsor will not only be recognized on signage and in the program, but the dessert buffet can bear their company name which further promotes their organization.

Are you interested in hosting an industry social at your place of business? Conference Organizers are encouraging local business to host industry social activities on the evening of September 8th. “What a great way to showcase a new facility or equipment”, says Kucharuk. Businesses who host industry social activities will be supported through promotion in the conference program and shuttle service.
