Northern Rockies Regional Municipality

New Residents

MovingJust moved or moving to the NRRM?  Welcome!  We are glad to have you and hope you enjoy your new home - If you are still looking for a home, please check out our Housing page for some helpful information.  The Northern Rockies Regional Municipality is working hard to make our region a great place to live, work, and play.

The NRRM encompasses over 10% of BC's landmass, with a sparse population.  "Opportunity at its Peak!" is our slogan, and it is very appropriate.  Opportunities abound to make a difference in our growing community, to enjoy vast wilderness, to experience the storied history of the Alaska Highway, and to build a successful career or business in our vibrant and growing economy.

To get a quick snapshot of our regional economy and the community of Fort Nelson, browse through our Community Guide.
