Business Licensing
Did you know that any person owning or operating a business within the Northern Rockies Regional Municipality (including a Home Based Business) must obtain an annual Business License to be prominently displayed in their place of business?
Fees may vary according to the business category and annual renewal licenses are to be paid by January 31, 2012.
For new licenses, and/or to make changes to an existing license, please contact staff in the Planning Department at (250) 774-2541 extension 2040 or visit us in the Municipal Office located at 5319 50th Ave South. We'd be happy to assist you or answer any questions you might have.
For already established businesses that have not picked up their renewal license, please stop by the Municipal Office between office hours (8:30am - 4:30 pm), or remit your payment to Bag Service 399, Fort Nelson BC V0C 1R0 and we will mail your business license to your office.
