NOTICE TO PUBLIC
SNOW REMOVAL
The Municipality would like to remind you that we require your cooperation to practice effective snow removal practices. Please know that:
1. Snow removed from private property must not impede the Municipality from clearing the streets. This includes pushing snow from private driveways or parking lots on to the street or across the street, placing snow on boulevards at intersections, or over sewer or storm personhole covers, water main valves or fire hydrants.
2. Vehicles should not be parked on the streets or roads when the road is in need of clearing.
Public Works - Standard Operating Hours
Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
The majority of snow removal will take place within the Standard Operating Hours. In the event of a heavy or lengthy snowfall, our on-call procedure will provide for the removal of snow from streets and roads after hours. It is requested that you not park on any street or road that is in need of clearing.
