Due to current telephone problems in the Fort Nelson area, residents are asked to phone the Fire emergency line (250) 774-2222 for Ambulance service.
Fort Nelson Fire Rescue will also have manned fire vehicles parked along 50th Avenue to receive reports of emergencies.
Please monitor the local radio station (102.3 FM) and the Municipal website (http://www.northernrockies.ca/ ) for further information.
