It's Official! The title to a parcel of land located in Midtown Subdivision was officially transferred from the Municipality to the Northern Rockies Seniors Society for the future construction of seniors housing.
Recognizing that there is a gap in the current available housing options for seniors as they move from independent living onto multi and alternative level care, the NRSS plan to construct a Supported/Assisted Living Facility.
"The construction of a Supported/Assisted Living Facility will ensure that our Seniors have much needed resources available; allowing them to remain close to family and friends."
