Bylaws Given Third Reading

At the Regional Council meeting held Monday, April 12, Regional Council gave third reading to the Northern Rockies Regional Municipality Business License and Regulation Bylaw No. 21, 2010 and the Northern Rockies Regional Municipality Zoning Amendment (Adult Oriented Businesses) Bylaw No. 22, 2010.
The Zoning Amendment (Adult Oriented Businesses) Bylaw No. 22, 2010 must now be sent to the Ministry of Transportation for approval.
Once approval has been received from the MOT, both bylaws will be presented to the Regional Council for adoption.
