Building Canada Grant Application

Currently, the NRRM has applied for a Building Canada funding in order to pay for the re-build of the Northern Rockies Regional Recreation Centre.  Assuming a successful application, contracts are expected to be awarded in December of 2009 or January of 2010 for the re-build of the primary structure and bridging the primary structure with the completed Secondary Ice Surface.

"Regional Council began discussions on Friday, April 24th, 2009 with representatives from CJP Architects Ltd and Bird Construction regarding the Recreation Centre reconstruction project.
